Office Policies


We are currently accepting new patients. Please call our office at 307.696.8027 to schedule an appointment. Once you make an appointment, that time will be reserved for you. If, for some reason, you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment time, please call us to reschedule as soon as possible.  We do charge a $50 no show fee for missed appointments not cancelled 24 hours prior to that scheduled appointment time. 


To provide you with prompt and thorough treatment, please be sure to bring the following when you visit our practice for your initial visit:

  • Insurance Information/Card
  • Photo Identification
  • A list of current medications 
  • Any medical records pertaining to your visit

We accept and will bill most major health insurance plans (we do not bill Medicare or Medicaid). Please familiarize yourself with your insurance plan; paying close attention to co-pays, referral requirements, emergency care, participating hospitals, pharmacies, and diagnostic imaging facilities. Coverage limitations are dependent on individual group contracts. Please contact your insurance carrier directly for specific questions about your insurance coverage.


Payment is expected at the time of service. This includes any co-payments or deductibles (amount not covered by your insurance).  You will receive regular statements via the mail advising you of the status of your account until your bill is paid in full. Should your insurance company deny payment on all or any portion of your services, you will be responsible for payment in full.
